This forward-thinking plan sets ambitious goals, including achieving carbon neutrality and zero waste by 2050, and transitioning to 100% renewable electricity by 2030. I remain committed to advancing these initiatives to secure a greener future for our community."

"As a long time resident, I recognize the challenges Evanston faces with gentrification, especially in historically Black neighborhoods. Rising property values and taxes have displaced many long-term residents, threatening our community's diversity and the availability of affordable housing. I am committed to addressing these issues to ensure Evanston remains a place where everyone can thrive and feel at home."
